1. Definitions

• "Dao Wealth" — refers to Dao Wealth and its staff operating from 305 Ratchadamri Road, Bangkok.
• "Programme" / "Service" — any financial education course or session offered by Dao Wealth.
• "Participant" / "You" — any person who enquires about or enrols in a Dao Wealth programme.
• "Content" — all materials, guides, worksheets, recorded lessons, and information provided by Dao Wealth.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any enrolment confirmation sent to you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming enrolment, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any Dao Wealth programme. By agreeing, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

Dao Wealth offers financial education programmes in English, delivered in person at our Bangkok centre or, where specified, via recorded content. Our three current programmes are:

• Reading the First Stars — 3 sessions, ฿4,500
• Mapping the Sky — 6 weeks, ฿7,000
• The Whole Constellation — 10 weeks, ฿10,500

Dao Wealth is an educational provider. We are not a licensed financial advisory firm and do not provide regulated financial advice. All content is educational in nature. We strongly encourage participants to consult a licensed Thai financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

4. Enrolment and Attendance

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Session dates and group details are communicated by email prior to the first session. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless agreed in writing by Dao Wealth at its discretion.

For the Mapping the Sky programme, recorded lesson access is provided as a supplement to in-person sessions and does not substitute attendance.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Treat other participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect
• Keep discussion content within the group — do not share other participants' personal circumstances
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from Dao Wealth
• Use programme materials for personal learning only
• Not reproduce or distribute Dao Wealth materials without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, printed materials, worksheets, recorded lessons, and website content are the intellectual property of Dao Wealth. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal study only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any Dao Wealth content.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Full payment is required before the first session to confirm a place. Accepted payment methods are communicated during the enrolment process.

Refund policy: If you withdraw more than seven days before the first session, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw within seven days of the first session or after it has begun, no refund is available. In the event Dao Wealth cancels a session, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a pro-rata refund.

8. Disclaimers

All programmes are provided for educational purposes only. Dao Wealth makes no claims about specific financial outcomes that participants will achieve as a result of attending. Financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Programme content is prepared with care and reviewed regularly. However, we cannot warrant that it is free from error or that it reflects every regulatory change at the moment of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Dao Wealth's liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your participation in a programme is limited to the fee paid by you for that programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Force majeure: Dao Wealth is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, health emergencies, or infrastructure failures.

10. Termination

Dao Wealth reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, harmful to other participants, or in breach of these Terms. Participants may withdraw at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 7.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution informally in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dao Wealth regarding your participation in a programme.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes by email. Continued participation in programmes after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
